I think its very sad that everyone, including myself, has issues on family vacations. I am beginning to wonder if we just think toooooo much.
Maybe if we realized that we have very little control over anything and try to enjoy some moments.
Sometimes, its very hard, but if you thought about how many minutes you waste thinking about the issues–and then thought about dying in the next hour–would you really want spend those last minutes thinking about the stress you can’t control???
BREATHE—inhale through your nose counting 1 to 5—exhale counting backwards. It will elicit a relaxation response if properly done–so keep doing it until you start to yawn.
Have some stress free moments—Im trying to.
